As part of the event the following services will be provided:

-        opportunity to submit additional documents to pending cases,

-        free assistance in preparing and verifying applications,

-        general information regarding legalisation of residence and employment,

-        comprehensive information regarding pending cases,

-        possibility to receive a stamp in the passport after prior appointment (only in the case the missing formal documents have been submitted),

-        the opportunity to obtain information regarding integration activities for foreigners (especially, for the citizens of Ukraine) in the Malopolska Region.

 

Attention! In order to receive a stamp in the passport one needs to schedule an appointment. To do so one is to send an email with “Open house 16/09 - stamp" in the subject to rezerwacja.opt@muw.pl, with the following data:

 

• First and last name
• Date of birth

·         Case number

·         Application submission date

 

After sending the email one is to wait for a confirmation with the appointment time.
