Remember, that your Bachelor diploma needs to entitle you to apply for Master studies at universities of any type in the country/education system in which the document was issued.

If you do not have a final Bachelor diploma at the time of recruitment, upload an official graduation certificate issued by the University, which confirms the completion of studies. The certificate must include, among other things:

Attach the individual NAWA recognition statement to the e-Rekrutacja system.
If you are applying for admission to studies based on a provisional certificate of completion of studies, you must also attach the individual NAWA recognition statement regarding this certificate.
The individual NAWA recognition statement is a document required not only during recruitment for studies, but also while applying for a visa.

Poland does not accept apostille issued in certain countries from the list above. In such cases legalisation is required instead. This applies to Pakistan, Burundi, Kosovo, among others.

The University does not participate in the procedure of obtaining an apostille/legalization.
Remember that the process of obtaining apostille/legalization may take time, so start the procedure early enough, taking into account the admission deadlines.

In some cases, an additional document is required for recruitment – a decision of the Dean of the Faculty. Check the section Recruitment rules - Master studies: Required degree (title) to see if this is a required document in your case.
If it is, your Bachelor diploma and a transcript of records must be verified by the Dean of the Faculty, who may accept them with or without setting programme differences.
To receive a decision, send a request to the Dean of the Faculty and the documents: your Bachelor diploma and the transcript of records. Find the request sample in the section Downloads. You will find Dean’s contact details, to whom you need to send the request and your documents, in e-Rekrutacja system.
Upload in e -Rekrutacja system the decision that you will receive from the Dean.
Upload in e-Rekrutacja system a scan of your passport – a page with your photo and personal data.
Remember to enter in e-Rekrutacja system data (name and surname) exactly how it is written in your passport.

If your educational documents are issued in English, Russian or Ukrainian - you don’t have to upload translations in e-Rekrutacja system at the time of recruitment, unless we ask for it.
If your educational documents are issued in a language other than English, Russian or Ukrainian - upload Polish or English translations in e-Rekrutacja system at the time of recruitment.
However, if your documents require the Dean's decision (check the section Dean’s decision above), the Dean may ask you to send him additionally translations Polish or English.

The power of attorney should indicate activities that may be performed by the attorney in connection with the recruitment process. The power of attorney done outside of Poland must be submitted with a sworn translation into Polish as well as with apostille/legalisation.
The recruitment documents necessary for the registration are signed by the attorney.
